Applications for admission to BA, BCom, MA, Biwok and Amvok courses at Hamidia Girls Degree College affiliated to Allahabad University will start from June 15. The last date for application has been set as 8 August. Principal Dr. Yusufa Nafees said that in view of Kovid-19, application forms will be filled online.

Although admissions to all colleges affiliated to the university are done through the entrance examination conducted by the university, Hamidia Girls Degree College and Youing Christian College are minority institutions, having their entrance examinations separately. The principal said that the examination for admission to BCom will be held on August 10 and BA entrance examination on August 11 in the college campus.

Applications will be taken from June 17 to August 8 for admission in Biwok Journalism and Mass Communication, Fashion Design and Embroidery and Software Technology, Amvok Fashion Technology and MA Sociology, Urdu, English, Medieval History, Pedagogy and Arabic. Principal said that after filling the application form from the college website and filling it, it has to be submitted online with a fee of Rs 800. The admit card for the entrance examination will also have to be downloaded from the website.
