The main products under the portfolio of the Cordite Factory Aruvankadu (CFA) is Nitrocellulose, Nitroglycerine, propellants for small arms ammunition, gun and artillery ammunition, and engine starter.
The Cordite Factory Aruvankadu (CFA) is one among the forty Ordnance factories in the country and is operating under the control of Ministry of Defence, Government of India and serves various defence organizations and civil organizations.
