You can become a doctor by reading homeopathy, which has shown its wonders in permanently eradicating various complex diseases. People wishing to make a career in homeopathy, considered reliable as a therapy without any side effects, have an opportunity to pursue this medical practice. National Institute of Homoeopathy, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has invited applications for the BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) course. This institute is located in Kolkata. In this, applications are being done offline, under which you will have to download the form and send it to the address of the institute.

What is Course Information about course

The duration of BHMS course is five and a half years. It also includes a one-year mandatory Rotatory Intern ship. This is a regular full time course. Also recognized by Central Counseling of Homoeopathy, this course is practiced in an institute recognized by West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Have to take the exam competitive exam

For admission to BHMS, the applicant will have to take a written examination. The exam will be conducted across the country, which are as follows: Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram and Bhopal. A total of 93 seats are available in this course, out of which 63 seats will be filled through this All India Examination, while some seats will be filled by the Government of India nominated foreign nationals.

What is Eligibility Eligibility

For admission in BHMS, the applicant has to fulfill the below mandatory qualifications

The applicant should not suffer from blindness nor should he be deaf
50-70 percent disabled people can apply in the legs.
Studied Maths or English with 12V PCB
Applicants should have different pass in all these subjects and Aggregate should be minimum 50% of all subjects. For SC / ST applicants, this requirement is 45 percent.
Applicant should be a citizen of India. For this the Government of India nominates foreign students. You can see all these details in Brochure also.

How will the exam be of type

Entrance test will be conducted for admission in BHMS. The duration of the exam is 3 hours. There will be a paper which will have four parts. The questions will be multiple choice and the number of questions will be 200. In the paper, questions of Biology, Physics, Chemistry and GK will be asked. The number of Physics, Chemistry and Biology questions will be 60-60 while the number of GK questions will be 20. The questions asked in the exam will be of 12th standard. Questions will have to be answered on the OMR Sheet and there is a provision for negative marking if wrong answers are given.

Application Process

To apply for this course of National Institute of Homoeopathy, you should download the application form and Icard format given on the website and send your details. The applicant has to fill this form in his handwriting. Four passport photographs will be attached to the form. Paste two photos by Self Certification while signing two and stapling them.
