Name of the Posts: Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years .

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 10th Class Passed with passing marks in Mathematics, local language and English.

Pay Scale:Rs. 10000/-pm

 Application Fees: Rs. 100/- mandatory for all categories of candidates who have Registered.

Examination Fee: The Examination fee prescribed for all male applicants in General and OBC categories is Rs. 400/- The fees are payable in through Post Offices having e-payment facility through system generated challan. No need to pay examination fee by Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Physically Handicapped / Women.

About Tamil Nadu Postal Circle

The Tamil Nadu Postal Circle is one of the most significant among the 22 other Postal Circles within India. Having origins in the East India Company era, the postal system deals with mail, parcel and other related services from India across the world.
